We have at our clients’ disposal two sheet metal laser cutting machines from Bystronic co2 and fiber, with a cutting area of 3000 mm in length and 1500 mm in width. It also allows us to work round or square tubes from diameter 15 mm up to 400 mm up to a maximum length of 3000 mm. The maximum plate thicknesses for cutting are:

• Steel: 20 mm
• Stainless Steel: 15 mm
• Aluminium: 15 mm

Other materials on request. Cut geometry can be set by the customer in .dwg or .dxf files or with our drawing software. We have at our customers’ disposal a trumpf tubematic 5000 3000w laser tube cutting machine with the following capabilities:

• Minimum diameter 15mm
• Maximum diameter 150mm
• Maximum work piece length 6500mm

  • Steel: 8mm
  • Stainless steel: 4 mm
  • Aluminium: 2mm

We also have the ability to cut tubes above 150mm with the following specifications:

• Maximum diameter 400mm
• Minimum length 100mm
• Maximum length 3000mm
• Maximum thickness over ø 150mm
  • Steel: 15 mm
  • Stainless steel: 8mm
  • Aluminium: 8mm

We have at our clients’ disposal two CNC bending machines:

• 125 ton 3-axis JORDI, capable of bending pieces up to 3 meters
• 6-axis RICO 70 ton, capable of bending pieces up to 2 meters

We have at your disposal a CNC pipe forming machine from a minimum diameter of 16mm to a maximum of 50mm.

We have a 63 Tons stamping pressand a 10 Ton horizontal press, (mainly used for tube reduction or expansion).

We have at our clients’ disposal:

• 3 welding stations with Fronius synergistic welding devices, capable of welding steel, Stainless steel or Aluminum.
• 1 motofil welding robot with 2 2000x1000 tables.
• 1 100 Kva motofil spot welding machine.

We have a large powder coating line available, with the possibility to paint any colour the customer wants.

Ability to paint components up to 5000mm x 2000mm x 1000mm.

We also have an assembly service of produced or sub produced sets by us or accessories from the customer.
